Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Senior Change Manager to work for  the world's largest pet care company.

The Role:

This is a high-impact contract role requiring a Senior Change Manager to drive behavioral change and system adoption for a global Commercial Digital Transformation.

The core mandate is to lead the entire change strategy (planning, execution, adoption tracking) through influence in a centralized (hub-and-spoke) model, compensating for absent regional leads.

Non-negotiable Experience: 10+ years in Change Management, with proven success in complex, global FMCG environments. Must be a highly autonomous, strategic executor able to challenge leaders and structure complexity

Responsibilities:

The Senior Change Manager will own the full change and adoption agenda end-to-end for the global Commercial Digital Transformation Program.

  • Strategy & Planning: Lead and execute the global change strategy, ensuring all regions, categories, and business units adopt new digital tools, ways of working, data standards, and operating models.
  • Execution & Adoption: Drive the shift from system deployment to real adoption, value realization, and behavioral change at scale, acting as the primary driver of influence and consistency across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Execute the strategic hub-and-spoke change model by driving influence, adoption, and consistency across regional, category, and functional stakeholders, compensating for the lack of dedicated regional change leads.
  • Change Agenda Ownership: Own the full change lifecycle, including planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, capability building, and adoption tracking & reporting.
  • Leadership Challenge: Must be comfortable challenging leaders, guiding decision-making, and driving program momentum within a complex and ambiguous environment.
  • Support & Focus: Function as the sole senior change lead, structuring complexity into actionable roadmaps while supporting multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Communication: Partner closely with the dedicated Communications Manager to ensure consistent and effective messaging is integrated into the broader change strategy.

Key Skills and experience required:

Core Requirements (Non-negotiable)

  • Experience: 10+ years in Change Management, with at least 5 years at a senior/strategic level.
  • Industry Expertise: Proven success driving global transformation in complex FMCG environments (Food, Beverage, Consumer Goods, etc.) is an absolute must.
  • Transformation Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and execute a holistic change strategy (covering training, capability, adoption measurement, and governance) across multiple workstreams and diverse cultures.
  • Influence & Authority: Proven ability to work independently and deliver impact through influence rather than direct authority, particularly in a centralized (hub-and-spoke) change model.
  • Digital Context: The ability to lead a complex Digital Transformation Program and drive the adoption of new processes, data standards, and technology (deep technical knowledge is not required).

Highly Preferred

  • Domain Knowledge: Experience in Procurement transformation (e.g., Source-to-Pay, Contracting, Category Management, Supplier Management).
  • Senior Partnership: Experience partnering effectively with senior Procurement leaders.

Ways of Working

  • Speed & Autonomy: Ability to onboard rapidly, take early ownership (within a maximum of 2 months), and function as a highly autonomous strategic thinker and pragmatic executor.
  • Executive Communication: Exceptional executive-level communication, presence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Qualities: Calm under pressure, highly credible with senior leaders and practitioners, and possessing a strong ability to structure ambiguity into clear, actionable plans.
