Job Title: Technical Administrator

Location: Based on-site in Goole (DN14) - Potential for 1 day per week remote work depending on business needs

Contract Length: 6-Month Contract - Potential for extension or permanent conversion

Salary: £15 per hour (PAYE) 

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a background in manufacturing or logistics?  Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are looking for a Technical Administrator to support the Assembly and Quality teams at our growing Goole site – where we’re building the future of rail transport.

This is a hands-on, dynamic role that combines SAP and Excel skills with real-time coordination on the shop floor. You’ll play a key part in ensuring production flows smoothly and documentation is kept accurate, timely, and compliant.

Imagine This (Job duties):

• Use SAP to track production processes and flag delays
  
  
• Ensure administrative tasks and documentation are completed to support vehicle builds
  
  
• Work cross-functionally with Assembly and Quality departments
  
  
• Print, scan, and transport documents between office and factory floor
  
  
• Communicate with stakeholders to chase updates and promote process close-out
  
  
• Provide production data and reports to management

 

What You Need to Bring (Experience required):

Essential:

• Strong SAP skills
  
  
• Confident use of Excel and general IT systems
  
  
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or production environments
  
  
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-activity role
  
  
• Strong communication skills – able to liaise across departments and push for results
  
  
• Willingness to be on-site and active around the factory floor
  
  

Desirable:

• Background in document control or quality administration
  
  
• Familiarity with production flow and process management
