Job Title: Customer Quality Administrator 

Location: Lincoln (Hybrid)

Contract Length: 6 months initial contract

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are seeking In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction across our worldwide service network. You'll manage the end-to-end delivery of Customer Satisfaction Surveys, ensuring every piece of feedback translates into timely, effective responses and drives optimal system performance. Collaborate with Third Party Survey Providers and Client Facing Teams globally to identify key survey opportunities and champion impactful quality initiatives.

 

Imagine This:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of customer satisfaction survey requests, leveraging advanced tools like Salesforce.com
• Coordinate critical follow-up actions generated from customer satisfaction feedback
• Prepare high-impact presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee the creation, revision, and meticulous management of key documents and operational instructions
• Analyze complex customer data to generate powerful insights and strategic recommendations that enhance overall business performance
• Drive continuous process development and excellence within the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
• Liaise regularly with our Third Party Survey Provider to swiftly resolve issues and ensure smooth operations

What You Need to Bring:

• Proven, hands-on experience in business administration, customer quality assurance or a related field.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing across diverse business units and the wider organizational environment.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and a deep motivation to achieve collective excellence
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
