Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Project Manager - Digital Transformation , on behalf of a well known company in the FMCG (food) sector.

Job Role

Growth/ Marketing Change Business Partner will build and own the overarching change roadmap for the Growth/ Marketing Integration Design Team (IDT) in close partnership with the Marketing & Project teams. This role is pivotal in advising our leaders to execute their strategy with the Associate experience at the center as well as owning and executing change strategies across multiple projects.

The role is responsible for:

 

• This Associate will be a member of the IMO Growth Marketing Team working closely with Marketing leaders, Center Change & Comms, PMOs and Comms and Learning BPs to advise and enable the transformation roadmap working across multiple projects.
• Own the overall change strategy and be responsible for ensuring execution.
• Build excellent working relationships across Global /Division/Regional Change & Comms teams and will work with external partners.

 

Requirements for this position: 

• Experience leading and managing change programs within consultancy or complex matrix environments, ideally FMCG
• Marketing experience preferred
• Good knowledge of working with program and project teams on complex change programs
